Milestone Scope

This milestone focuses on restoring wildlife connectivity in fragmented forest zones across Quang Nam and Thua Thien-Hue provinces in Central Vietnam. Implementation will be led by local reforestation cooperatives and wildlife monitoring teams with verified operational capacity.

The scope includes:

Reforestation of 65 hectares using native tree species along identified biodiversity corridors

Installation of 120 passive infrared camera traps to monitor large mammal and bird migration

Soil quality baseline and post-planting analysis to track carbon accumulation and moisture retention

KPI verification using drone imagery, GPS-tagged tree inventories, and remote biodiversity signal tracking
